For this book cover design I used a powerful visual metaphor relevant to the book's focus on ethics and sustainability. The main image features a healthy, vibrant green tree, representing growth and successful practice. This is contrasted with its reflection—a deliberate manipulation showing the same tree in a leafless, dormant state, symbolising the potential decline and consequences of neglecting Responsible HRM principles.
