I thoroughly enjoyed the creative process for Leadership. I selected a striking image of the Milky Way to establish a natural focal point that leads the eye across the composition. To complement the scale of the sky, I used the typeface ‘Fierce,’ which I then digitally manipulated in Photoshop to mirror the cosmic flow and movement of the stars.
